Waxing Specialist

We are looking for a waxing specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an overall excellent waxing experience and have experience in the industry, as well as being comfortable working with clients from all walks of life. This person must be able to problem solve and perform other responsibilities throughout their scheduled shift such as: Opening/Closing/Sidework duties, Front Desk/ Receptionist and teamwork.

 

Position Description:

• Have a positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Answer phones and assist with bookings and customer service. Front Desk training is required.

• Perform all waxing services with our “waxing technique” with the highest level of professionalism, attention to detail and customer service standards for each guest. (Detailed Training is provided).*Master Brazilian waxing within 15 minutes.*Master Eyebrow Design and Corrections and have a good "Eye" for the structure of Eyebrows.

• Assist Guest with providing them with an excellent experience while maintaining optimum results in a fast pace environment.

• Perform Cleaning and Sanitation Responsibilities.

• Must be able to lift heavy items, climb ladders, stand for extended times, etc.

• Product knowledge and Sales

• Ability and willingness for continuous learning

• Cover open/ on call shifts

• Excellent communication skills and multitasking

•Compensation is based on Commission.

• Part time and Full time Positions available

•$11/Hr If no commission is earned.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology or Aesthetician License

• Minimum 1 year experience in Similar Body Waxing Salon

• 1 year Customer service

Lead Front Desk Receptionist 

Our company is looking for a professional front desk associate to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our Las Vegas Locations. You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing multiple schedules , product sales and maintaining the shops overall ambiance and daily operations. The position is fast paced with little downtime.

 

Your central goal is to provide our Guest with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills. If you enjoy people and are committed to doing excellent work, then we want to hear from you.

Brief Position Description:

- PT Front Desk: $11-14$/ hr based on experience and training.

- Maintain a Professional and Polished Appearance

- Meet and Greet Guest and provide our standards of service.

- Maintain excellent Product Knowledge and meet Sales goals.

- Answer phones and assist with bookings and Superb customer service

  • - Perform Cleaning and Sanitation. Ensure the Shop is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service industry

- Must be able to lift heavy items, climb ladders, stand for extended times, etc

- Ability to maintain organization, excellent customer service, and a sense of humor in a fast paced yet fun environment.

- Ability to converse with guests with a pleasant and hospitable personality
